Customization Process
A: 1) Share your needs (usage, voltage, IP rating, etc.), 2) Get our quote in 3 working days, 3) Confirm sample, 4) Mass production after approval, 5) Pay 40% deposit before production, balance before shipping.
For semi-custom, samples are ready in 3–5 days; for complex designs, please consult our team.
Sea freight: 25–45 days; FOB/CIF/DDP available.
Air freight: 5–10 days; freight prepaid or collect.
- Express: 3–7 days via DHL/UPS/FedEx; freight prepaid or collect.
